Spring roll with hop

Ingredients
  • 1/2 liter de Corn oil
  • 2 cup de Water
  • 2 tbsp de Chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp de Sugar
  • 1 cup de Soy sprouts
  • 1/2 unit de Red onion
  • 1/2 cup de White cabbage
  • 2 cup de Wheat flour
  • 4 unit de Eggs
  • 250 grams de Hops
  • 1 unit de Chopped carrot
  • 1 pinch de Salt
  • 1 pinch de Pepper
Preparation
Wrap
  1. To prepare the wrap mix in a processor. Prepare the wrappers just as if you were preparing some pancakes in a medium skillet with oil. Spread a little of the preparation to seal the wrappers at the end.
Filling
  1. Cut the HOP and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Put a spoonful of the stuffing on the wrapper and roll up the edges and seal with what was separated from the wrap preparation.
  3. Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours.
  4. Heat the oil and fry until golden.
  5. Put on absorbent paper. Serve with a sweet and sour sauce.
