Hop wraps

Ingredients
  • 12 tbsp de Extra virgen olive oil
  • 4 leaves de Basil
  • 1 tsp de Sugar
  • 2 unit de Grated zucchini
  • 220 grs de Drained hearts of palm
  • 4 tbsp de Cheese cream
  • 2 unit de Tomato cut in half slice
  • 4 unit de Corn tortillas
  • 4 tbsp de Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 unit de Grated carrot
  • 1 pinch de Salt
  • 1 pinch de Pepper
Preparation
  1. Arrange the tortillas on the work table or kitchen table.
  2. Spread cream cheese over tortillas.
  3. Cover a third of the surface with the carrot, zucchini, tomato and basil. On this fit a heart of whole hearts.
  4. In a bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper to form an emulsion.
  5. Pour the vinaigrette over the hearts of palm, roll the tortillas and cut them in half.
