Ingredients
  • 2 de Eggs
  • 6 slices de Chicken Ham
  • 1/2 cup de Milk
  • 410 grams de Hearts of Palm
  • 1 cup de Ground Bread
  • 2 tbsp de Parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch de salt
  • 1 pinch de black pepper
Preparation
  1. Roll the ham around hearts of palm.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. In another bowl mix the eggs with the milk.
  3. Pass the palm hearts wrapped in the shake and then the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Cut into medallions and serve hot.
