Hop burgers

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp de Olive oil
  • 1 tsp de Garlic powder
  • 2 cdas. de Onion powder
  • 1 de Egg
  • 1 tbsp de Mustard
  • 2 tsp de Ground bread
  • 1 tsp de Chopped parsley
  • 2 pieces de Chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup de Heart of palm
  • 1 pinch de Salt
  • 1 pinch de Black pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into four, to form hamburgers. Refrigerate the preparation for 1 hour.
  3. Fry or cook on the grill for 3 minutes each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve on bread with lettuce, tomato and your favorite sauce.
