IFS
It helps to comply with all the legal requirements of quality and food safety and establishes common and transparent rules for all related suppliers as well as a concrete and strong response to the high expectations of food safety of consumers.
HACCP
The analysis of hazards and critical control points is a systematic and preventive process to ensure food safety that identifies, evaluates and prevents physical, chemical and biological hazards in a preventive way instead of detecting them in a final inspection of finished product.
BASC
It is an organization led by the business sector whose mission is to facilitate and expedite international trade by establishing and administering global security standards and procedures applied to the international preventive trade logistics chain instead of detecting them in a final inspection of the finished product.
KOSHER
The KOSHER certification that our products receive indicates that they respect the precepts of the Jewish religion , and that therefore they are considered pure and apt to be ingested by the practitioners of that preventative religion instead of being detected in an inspection end of finished product.
ISO
ISO 22000:2005 specifies the requirements, for a food safety management system, when an organization, within the food chain, needs to demonstrate its capacity to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food Be innocuous at the time of human consumption.
USDA
The products must have been certified by one of the 50 agents accredited by the USDA and contain at least a 95% organically produced ingredients (not counting water and salt). This allows our clients to have security on how we grow our products.
